Doctor Odyssey's distress signal was not heard. After floating in limbo for a while, the ABC drama was canceled late in June. (Though creator Ryan Murphy hopes to dock it at another network.) ABC did, however, hand The Bachelor a rose for a new season. Meanwhile, NBC buried Grosse Pointe Garden Society after considering moving it to Peacock, and Fox put two of its dramas out of their misery early in the month: Both The Cleaning Lady and Alert: Missing Persons Unit were canceled. As for The CW's All American, can we interest you in a good news-bad news situation? The show has scored an eighth and final season.
Over on cable, The Comeback is making a comeback. Over 10 years after it last aired, Lisa Kudrow's HBO comedy is being revived for a third and final season. Other announcements this June included the renewals of Starz's upcoming Outlander prequel Outlander: Blood of My Blood and Netflix's Western romance Ransom Canyon, as well as the impending end of Paramount+'s Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, which will end with a shortened fifth season.
Whether you're looking to celebrate more of your favorites or mourn the loss of something on your regular rotation, we're keeping tabs on all the shows that have been canceled or renewed in June below.
